Passport
– Must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your intended stay
– Must have at least two blank pages for visa stamping -
Admission/Offer Letter from a Recognized University
– Confirmation of Enrollment (CoE) from an accredited university
– CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies) for UK visa
– Admission letter from a German or European university -

Application Form & Fees
– Completed and signed student visa application form for the specific country
– Visa application fee payment receipt -
Passport-Sized Photographs
– Recent photographs as per embassy specifications
– Usually, white background, matte finish, and specific dimensions

Proof of
Sufficient Funds (Financial Evidence)
Bank statements of the last 6 months showing sufficient funds
Affidavit of financial support (if sponsored by parents/guardian)
Student loan approval letter (if applicable)
Blocked Account (Germany Student Visa) – Minimum €11,208 in a blocked account
UK Study Visa – Proof of at least £1,334 per month (London) or £1,023 per month (outside London) -

Previous academic transcripts & certificates (Matric, Intermediate, Bachelor's, or Master's)
English proficiency test scores (IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, or Duolingo)
Medium of Instruction Certificate (if applicable)

Proof of English Language Proficiency

Medical fitness certificate (required for some countries)
TB Test Certificate (Required for UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand)
Health insurance (mandatory for Germany, Europe & some other destinations)

– UK, USA, and Germany student visas may require an in-person visa interview
– Prepare answers regarding your study plans, financials, and future career goals -
Statement of Purpose (SOP) or Cover Letter
– A well-written SOP explaining your study plans, career goals, and reasons for choosing the university

Proof of Accommodation (If Required)
– Hostel or private accommodation booking confirmation
– University-provided accommodation acceptance letter -
Travel Itinerary & Flight Reservation
– Confirmed return or one-way flight booking (some embassies require proof of travel)

Police Clearance Certificate (PCC)
– Character Certificate/Police Clearance Certificate proving no criminal record
